We are located inside of the same building as the Naples Trolly Tours & Segway Tours. Our Address is 1010 6th Ave S, Naples, FL 34102.​

One of our bike specialists will meet you at the white desk at the entrance of our store at your scheduled reservation time. If you do not see them right away, as they are most likely finishing a tour and will be there to greet you momentarily!

If you do not have a reservation, we encourage you to call our phone number in advance to ensure availability and that a staff member will be there to assist you.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO TO BE ABLE TO RENT A BIKE?
You can either book online or call to make your reservation. We always recommend calling in advance to ensure availability and that one of our staff members will be there to assist you.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
All of our rentals/tours come with a new Specialized bicycle, basket, and bike lock. We recommend you bring anything that will make you more comfortable in the sun such as sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen. However, since there is a basket you are free to bring whatever you need.
HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE?
We have a wide array of bicycles allowing us to accommodate anyone from the age of 4 & up.
WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
Our phone lines are open from 7am-9pm every day and our storefront is open from 10am-9pm every day (Sundays we open at 11am). Please reserve ahead as our staff is sometimes busy doing deliveries or tours and are not at the store to assist. Once booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the directions on how to pick up the bikes.
IS THERE PARKING AT Bike Ride USA?
Yes there is tons of free parking right at the Experience Naples Building and in the surrounding area. There are a couple overflow lots in case the ones attached to us are full.
